Description
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed how Centers for Independent Living (CILs) are supporting consumers and meeting the needs of their communities. This includes changing how services are delivered to consumers by utilizing virtual service delivery options. The purpose of the session is to provide thoughtful discussion and concrete strategies based on successful examples for incorporating elements of remote, virtual delivery of core services utilized during the pandemic into CIL service delivery post-pandemic.
