We’ll also discuss how we reimagined transition and diversion to build a pilot that not only provided emergency expedited transition and diversion, but also bridged community, strengthened partnerships, increased our ability to build workforce for attendant services, and gave us data to push forward to sustain more supportive ways to free our people.
